Comp frequently shutting down without warning (overheating)

Hi All,

My computer has been randomly shutting down (turning straight off, no windows shutting down message). Generally when I'm playing games.

Looking into it most forums are saying this is due to overheating. Ive taken a snapshot of my temps on Open Hardware Monitor below (cant workout how to post pics). Can anyone provide any info whether or not my temperatures are normal or too high?
