best sound cards for below £50

looking for a sound card that fits my price range, one that compliments headset users . im not sure if i want an internal or external sound card yet.

my motherboard is M5A99FX pro 2.0 , if that's necessary.

if you are only going to spend 50 on a sound card you wont have spent the extra £££ for a headset worth a sound card, but if its broke then any pci-e or usb sound card would do creative do nice ones that have external desktop volume control and fancy mics for £75+

the problem is that my mobo can only recognise either a mic or a speaker at once. so i could not use a headset without either using it as headphones only or a mic only. an external sound card gets around this problem. so could you suggest a decent affordable sound card :v?
