how to remove write protection from my pendrive?

Solution
It does sound like you've tried most of the possible solutions for this. I'm afraid that if the USB flash drive manufacturer's utility tool can't fix this, it might have failed for good, as I've suggested in my previous post. Just try to get it replaced if possible. There's little chance that anything else will work having in mind the results you've been getting up until now. :(
Hey there, M o O N.

Try the drive with a different computer to see if the issue still persists. You should also try the suggestions from this article: http://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Write-Protection. If neither of those tips is useful, you could try download the USB flash drive manufacturer's format tool, to try and reformat it, to see if that fixes things up (not that you'll lose the data from the pen drive by following this method).
If you're still unable to do anything about the write protection of the flash drive, then it might have failed. If this is the case, I'd advise you to try to RMA it, as long as it's still under warranty.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.

- Format it from linux
- MS-DOS formatted
- Formatting error in approving
- Change the MS-DOS attributes (ATTRIB)
- Try putting the win xp disc and from there view to give to remove and delete all
- Also try with some programs I found on the internet but did not work (can not remember the programs and you delete that did not work)
- Antivirus and antimalware happen but could do nothing to say that is in use
- combofix
- Also happens to programs that close RKill active processes com the other and neither
- The tools for error checking and Defragmentation also mark Error
but the same error keeps coming on all these options.
