PC won't turn on properly, every fan in the PC spins including the GPU, CPU and chassis fans. I was playing a game on Steam and I turned it off and went out. When I came back, it would not turn on.
Monitor, keyboard, and mouse does to get a signal. I do not here the beep I normally here when I turn on my PC. Help anyone? Thanks in advance!

Solution
yeah that psu is probably not good enough anymore over time parts degrade so it makes sense especially with cheap fans which they put in psus. i replace mine lol but my psu is pretty new i suggest you buy a new psu and go from there

Ok so what are the specs, have no idea also how recent or old is the P.c did you just make it or have you ran it for a long time, have you got another powersupply to try if so try it also if your vga or dvi or hdmi or display port is in a video card try and plug your display into the motherboards integrated graphics maybe its just a bad video card in which case remove it and test :) hope that helps also if you have more than one stick of ram try them independently maybe one stick has gone bad

Alright, so I checked the cpu and the cpu cooler. The cpu appears to have no bent pins, but on the heatsink there is very little thermal paste.

i believe so since when you remove ram from a system it should beep when booted so either its a motherboard or processor fault, i cannot say its common on amd systems but i made my rig around 2012-2013 and its still going strong.
