I'm having to boot up from my brand new constructed PC from a tv. I have a gtx950 and a Gigabyte GA-H97 lga1150 motherboard. The normal beep happens after I press the power button but my tv screen just says no signal and the bios never boots up, the case fans and cpu fans all start running. The gtx950's fans start running but then stop after about 30-60 seconds please help?!?!

My bios screen won't show up at all.

Reseat the graphics card. Remove it and reinstall it. Try booting with the HDD disconnected this eliminates OS issues and should enable you to boot to BIOS. Clear the CMOS. Repeat. Don't give up. Until you RMA the board or the card.
