While playing cs:go I have cpu usage 35-40% and temp 50c. Is it good?

That is a decent usage and a good temperature. That's an overkill system for CS:GO. What FPS do you get? What is your PSU and motherboard?

Intel chips are generally engineered for higher temperatures than AMD at the moment. Anything 60C or less is nothing to worry about at all (unless it is your idle, which needs to be near 30C)

My psu is Corsair CX Series™ CX750 - 750 Watt 80 PLUS
Motherboard is MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING R6 SIEGE
My average fps is 200-300

Errr ye I 'had' a CX500 bronze and it was starting to making clunking noises after two years... I could hear it before I even got to my room, I had a i5 4460 and GTX 970 in my pc so I decided to get rid of the PSU before it caused damage and i installed a gold rated EVGA G2 550... totally worth it as it super quiet and efficient.

I have an i5 4460 with the stock cooler and it get 30 idle and 40-58 while under high load at about 40-80% usage

Plan to replace the PSU soon. It is an OK 750W 'tractor' PSU in a great 'race car' computer system. It is not built to handle the performance profile of your system and will fail much sooner than it would driving a NAS 24/7.
