Q6600 Build for friend who just wants to play Minecraft and csgo

i have a old Q6600 and a old ASUS-P5G41T-M-LX mobo and i have 8 gigs of 1066 ddr3 ram, id like to keep this build kinda vintage in away, anyone know of a good under 100$ gpu to put in it, its get it used off of ebay

What about PSU, you need a PSU to feed the build.

So great psu, the gpu if it's off ebay, then gtx 760s go for around $80, which is a great deal, this build with that cpu and ram and gtx 760 will easily hit 200 fps in CSGO.

i want to keep it classic in a way, he doesnt care the about the performance as long as he can play low end games, he wants to save it and show his kids later on in life what he grow up on
