Anti-vibration fan mount "screws"

My Cougar Vortex fans all come with what they describe as "Tool-less fixed pins" but is in fact silicone or rubber mounts that mounts their case fans securely to the case and also dampens vibration.

I've tried to order aftermarket silicone fan mounts - these ones in particular: http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IQWFWFW

Unfortunately those are total crap and can be pulled right through the fan holes. The poor reviews the product got is entirely accurate.

So now, dear Tom's members my question of the day. Can you recommend a place I can lay my hands on some good, sturdy anti-vibration fan mounts? Preferably the long ones that can be pulled through fan mount holes in tight spaces.

When I saw that link to QuietPC I got all excited - but darn it, for a $5 pack of fan mounts, their cheapest S&H is >$12!!

As for the others, I also found most of them. THis one was particularly interesting.

But what I don't know is whether one leaves the end sticking out? That would look untidy. What I like about the OEM ones is that they were flush mount.

I guess if I strike out I may end up buying the ones from QuietPC, despite their exorbitant shipping. So thanks for that link.

Can you tell me how the HELL all of these tiny itty bitty little mounts are supposed to fit through something an inch long????
I have been searching far and wide to find mounts that will fit my Antec.
But if you found mounts that aren't the ones you originally posted a link to (http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IQWFWFW)
How can I get mounts that fit 1-inch gaps?!
Can these small mounts work??
What can I use?????
Quick response much appreciated. (Thanks in advance)
Thanks, k bye.
