Hello, before i post this i want to say sorry for the noob question but believe me, i have read many other threads and nothing seems to be the same. So anyways, i connected all my parts about 2 days ago when i ordered my new cpu which just came today. I put in the cpu, installed the fan and was pretty disappointed by the result right away. when i turn on my pc it sounds like its starting up then turns off about 2 seconds later. all fans come on, and everything else seems to be working. it cycles like this until i power off the psu. ive also noticed that when i unplug the cpu power from the motherboard this problem doesnt happen. the cpu is installed the proper way, so im not sure what the problem is. im using the i5 4690k and z97 pc mate by msi. also i dont currently have the gpu in. im using a evga 600w 80+ certified
