I managed several tutorials on how to connect router to the modem and then to the PC, or just put the router in a LAN port directly to the PC, it should have give an Default Gateway, but it never show's up, any numbers at all.

And by the way, my modem as 4 LAN ports and 2 small ethernet ports (the ones that looks like an telephone cable) i know 1 is for the internet provider, but the other one, im not sure, i even tryed to plug in the router on WAN to the ethernet small cable and the LAN ports, but none of them still gave me an Default Gateway, please help?

Thanks in advance

Solution
Open the Control Panel, go to Network + Internet ---> Network and Sharing Center --> Local Area Connection --> IPv4 / IPv6 (depending on which one you have) --->Properties, and you should be able to set it from there.
