Or should i sell it on parts

I would say sell it as whole. The only issue you run into is with things like the ram, psu or motherboard are not going to retain their value very much since those are cheap parts by themselves. Selling them as a whole ensures a working unit and will get you the most return for you investment. I would roughly guess the value of this PC to be right around $600 depending on how quickly you are looking to get rid of this system.
