I am looking into making my raspberry pi b+ into to a portable emulation machine.

This is the battery I am going to be using:http://www.amazon.com/Intocircuit%C2%AE-26000mAh-Notebooks-Compatible-Lightning/dp/B00BB5VQCE/ref=as_at?tag=mak041-20&linkCode=as2&

Monitor:https://www.adafruit.com/products/1931

The monitor is powered through dc not through usb or micro usb. Here is the dc power supply: https://www.adafruit.com/products/63

I was wondering how I would get the battery to power the monitor, and about how long would you estimate the battery would last if it was hooked up the the monitor, the pi, and one xbox 360 controller?

Solution
Hi
You could power the Pi from the USB output and the monitor from the DC output of the battery pack for which you would need to use a DC to DC converter ,something like this ; http://
You would set the battery pack voltage to any of the voltages and the converter to 9V.
Total power consumption would be in the order of 3A (3000mA) so theoretical battery life would be 8.5 hours.
So in practice I would think you would get in excess of 6 Hours.
