Need help! dont know the best air cooling solution

my case is corsair 230t
i have a corsair h60 water cooler

i have 2 140mm intake fans in the front
an intake at the back from the radiator and a single 140 mm single exhaust fan at the top

should i change the back so that the fan is exhausting air from the inside of the case through the radiator and out?

yes you should have an exaust in the back and at the the top and have the intake coming through the front

Yes air should be exhausted through the radiator. On the other hand you could put 2 fans one on each side and do a push pull,
but if you have it set up like here http://www.corsair.com/en-us/graphite-series-230t-windowed-compact-mid-tower-case-battleship-grey you should be just fine corsair fan is exhausting the air but I would have put it on top to also reduce dust. Should be fine how ever you like it. Good luck
