Intel Stock CPU very noisy?

They tend to be a bit loud. The fan may be running faster because there may be 1) A lot of dust clogging up the heatsink fins or 2) Poor case airflow - make sure the case fans are spinning and free of dust or 3) The thermal paste between the CPU and the heatsink may be worn-out (dried-out, cracked, etc). So first make sure it's free from dust, and the case fans are moving air, then decide if you want to remove the cooler, clean off the old paste and apply new paste and reinstall the cooler. Like I said, the stock heatsinks tend to be a little loud even when they are brand new and clean.

Its a recent build, just didnt bother buying another cooler and dont want to either. New paste, barely any dust, and i have 2 fans blowing air out (PSU and 120mm rear one) and 1 pulling air in from the bottom front. Lots of ventilation hole things too.
