Every minute internet goes "limited access"

Worst problem I've ever experienced with networking. Every 30-50 seconds the internet becomes limited access. It has been like this since mid December. No amount of power cycling the modem, router, or turning off every other device works. Only my Windows 7 computer (one I'm typing on) is experiencing this issue. Every other device in the house including phones, tablets and laptops have full unrestricted access.

Windows 7.
Belkin N150.
WNDR3700v4 router.

I've tried every solution I could find on the internet.

Things I've tried:
-Scanning for malware, removing any
-Removing all bluetooth programs and drivers
-Installing the Belkin driver
-Recreating the network connection (now called Wireless Network Connection 5 because I used 1,2,3,4)
-Using google's Preferred DNS server & Alternate DNS server
-Clicking 'update driver' on my connection and manually picking the Belkin driver
-Making sure the device's Power Management didn't say "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
-Making sure WLAN Autoconfig in Services.msc is set to auto.
-Doing the basic troubleshoot (just says There is a Problem, ask online for help)
-Removing NVIDIA's (geforce experience) network access service
-Windows firewall is 100% off.
-No antivirus programs on my computer.

Does anyone have any other ideas? My computer is proving completely useless without internet. I study online, and need this to work.

Hints: Every time it becomes "limited access", if I disconnect and reconnect to the wifi, it will INSTANTLY work for another 30 seconds, then go "limited access" again. WTF? It was working for 1.5 years before this. None of my neighbors are using the same channel as me and I live in a rural area, so there is little-to-no interference.

Feedback to people who respond:
-I have tried hard resets several times. Thank you for trying to help me.
-I have changed it to Auto-select DNS many times. Thank you for trying to help me.

Currently testing the idea to turn off Denial of Service / Flooding protection. The connection has not dropped yet. Will update.

Ok, you have a N150 speed wi-fi network adapter running on the windows 7 machine.

Random disconnections, or the limited service exclamation mark you see in windows next to the time where the internet, and network status are displayed.

Are down to the fact of the speed settings and the modes you have selected in your WNDR3700v4 Dual band gigabit router.

Login to your main router setup page.

If the setting in the router is currently set to 300N, you need to set it to 150N.

Set the speed to 150N or some routers list it as 144Mbps.

Enable best compatibility if you have the option.

And if you have greenfield mode, it should be Disabled.

The speed should be set to 2.4Ghz wireless operation broadcast

try doing a hard reset on your modem and router or your 2 in 1 shut down your computer and unplug it from the wall and unplug your modem and router from the wall and wait a few minuts.. ive had the same problem with mine b4 and that cleared it up for a few months

One more special note: If the router has a flood protection mode, disable it. SYN FLOOD PROTECTION.
It`s a pain in the ass on Belkin, and other routers and leads to the limited connection problem if enabled Nathaniel.

Set the HW firewall to medium also if set to high.

Save the new setting in the router.
And test for an hour or so.

Should work fine after this, no disconnects or limited connection warnings.

No cigar. Still very slow. Worked yesterday. Came home today from work and it's still giving me limited access issues. I have Automatic IP and Automatic DNS set back on. Should I set them to something else?
