My gpu is getting incredibly low usage and this is causing severe stuttering.
The strange part is it has only started happening over the last few days and it only happens around half the time i turn my pc on.
I can turn it on and it will be fine and the next time i boot it up the stuttering will appear again along with the incredibly low gpu usage.
I am running 64 bit windows 10 and the latest 16.1 amd hotfix drivers.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
