so i have an i7 4770k overclocked to 4.5 ghz pushing 1.4 volts into it through the bios, about 15-20 seconds into prime 95 i hit a blue screen. my temps are high 60s low 70s so i know its not a thermal issue. i dont think its a voltage one either 1.4 is almost the max voltages haswell cpus can take. any ideas i seriously need some help here.

Don't worry, Its just an unlucky CPU, You need to drop the clock multiplier to make it stable. You can Increase the Vcore, but I wouldn't recommend pushing into 1.4 Volts. Even so 1.4 Volts can cause some serious temps at 100% load, hope you have some good cooling!

If it makes you feel any better, I can't even boot 4.5GHz at 1.45V
