Seems to be a normal speed on AMD fans, but well, i'm not plenty sure if its safe and its a normal range of speed.

Well, CPU is fine until the fan is dead, i don't know how amd fans works, but mine is always lower than 2000RPM, but i'm sure the noise level is grating so i would pick a Evo 212.

Or maybe that lol, i read that fans are made to survive that 5000RPM, so, nothing to worry about except the excess of noise. If you can deal with it, then , everything is fine and nothing to worry about.
