I currently own an HP Envy H8-1534 computer. I'm finally getting around to where i want to upgrade the graphics card. Now, from my understanding, I'll need to upgrade my power supply as well. If that's the case, that's fine. My main question is, what would be a good power supply that would work in my computer (if i need one) and also, what would be a good graphics card that would fit and work with my computer as well? I don't really have a price range, but if possible would like to stay around $300 or less for the graphics card. It doesn't have to be the newest, best graphics card on the market, but i'd like to have something that will run fine in my computer and that will allow me to play any game. It doesn't have to be on ultra setting for every single game or anything, but it'd be nice to play games without having to worry about whether my pc will run it or not. Also, http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03639067 that is the computer i currently have.

Correct. The CPU feeds the GPU. In situations where you are 'CPU bound' this means the CPU cannot supply enough data to the GPU to process, so pairing a high end GPU with a mid/low CPU is considered a no-no. In your case the CPU (FX-6200) would be considered mid range thus there'd be no point in throwing money at a high end GPU. Have a look at the following hierarchy table as a guide:

Your HD 7570 is a few rungs down from the 750Ti so you should see some reasonable improvements in performance.

Remember that your going from an AMD to an Nvidia card so you will need to uninstall all driver software (CCC or Crimson) and Install the Nvidia Geforce software instead. There...

I'd have phrased it better but cdabc123 is essentially correct, a GTX 750 Ti would be an improvement over the HD7570 and doesn't (as long as you buy a REFERENCE GTX 750 Ti) require any additional power. If you go down this path, make sure you buy a card that Doesn't require an additional 6 pin PCI-E connection from your PSU.

Can you link me to the right one please? Also, how well will a 750ti run newer games? Is it a card that'll last me awhile or is it something i'll be needing to upgrade after a few months? Thanks for the assistance guys.

There are a number of posts on the forums about un-installing drivers using the DDU utility, but I'll let you read up on that topic.

Thanks for the help, its been much appreciated. Last few questions. How much of a graphics difference is the 7570 and 750ti? Is it enough to warrant upgrading or would i be better off sticking with the 7570 instead? And also, is there a video or something showing me step by step how to uninstall drivers and how to install the new ones? Thank you much, you've helped tons.
