Friend's build for 700$

Solution
Decent build, however better go for a higher quality PSU like the evga supernova gs 550w, pretty much same price but better. Also you don't need aftermarket cooling on a locked CPU, the stock cooler is more than enough for the 6100. Could maybe cut a few bucks as well from the motherboard and get a h170.

Solution
I couldn't find an H170 motherboard that was cheaper then the Z170 motherboard you chose.
I replaced the power supply for you.
