Same old question again
I know i3 has beaten fx6300 in gaming very long time ago

But this time
i want to know how much boost I will get with fx6300 over i3's
in terms of:
x264 video encoding
rendering task of animation
video editing(like basic editing apps like adobe Ae, Ps, Vegas and more)

And also in cinebench Multi core fx is 100 points better than i3 6100
how much it will effect in real life

Well even then, the 6100 will give you more in terms of encoding and such purely due to the faster ram you will most likely be using, and yes it will give you an upgrade path in the future.

Not much, at least not enough to be worth it for the extra heat, also when you get an i3-6100 you get quite a decent integrated GPU, with fx-6300 you don't, so you have to buy one and when you buy one which is equal to the integrated gpu of the i3-6100 you add $70 more at least to match the i3-6100, for $80 more you can get an i5-6500 which will destroy the fx-6300.
