After a power cut, my pc won't load up. It first comes up with 'automatic repair' then 'diagnosing your pc'. A blue screen appears, saying 'your pc did not start properly. Gives you option to restart 'as some times this fixes the problem' or advanced options. So obviously tried restarting and to no luck. Click on advanced options, a few more tabs come up. Continue to windows 10, which doesn't do anything just restarts. Use a device which gives me UEFI: built in efi shell. I have no experience or knowledge, in this. So skip that and try all other options, system restore, start up repair. System image reovery, change windows start up behaviour. None of them have worked. Have tries completely wiping the pc but says there has been a problem. The uefi firmware settings are acessable but i have no idea what I'm looking at or what to do. If any one can give some aid on this. It would be muuch appreciated!

Bad luck on you...

Maybe corrupted or damaged hdd/ssd?

Try different hdd/ssd to reinstall w7: remove the problematic drive from the system, and configure the new one to boot from it.

If this does not work, then maybe is corrupted RAM? it's worth trying memtest.

If no luck, remove all unnecessary components from your pc, including usb, maybe to put single/minimum RAM sticks for windows to boot, etc and try to boot like this.
(will help to share the configuration, maybe others can suggest as well)

Sorry to say but I only know the basics with computers.

Are you allowed to open the PC case without voiding the warranty?
Do you have an extra hdd/ssd in house that you can use? (e.g. SATA, that you can format)
Do you know how to install Windows from scratch & do you feel confident?
Can you prepare the media/iso/usb for W7 installation?

if ANY of your answers is NO, go to the shop that sold you the pc and ask for technician assistance / or return it as damaged.
