Would it make purpose to get hyperthreading off because the power will get between 4 cores and not 12 .(if it works that way). I don't wanna overclock the card because i have stock cooler.
Any tips for mi how to get better performance? I wanna get better frame rates and get rid of stuttering in GTA 5. I have 380x and 850 W pws and 12 GB ram.

Solution
I have roughly the same settings and I get that FPS on my 7870 (280x). Sounds like your CPU is to blame here. I have the i7 3770. I suggest turning hyper threading off as that will stop the stuttering most likely. If you're still not happy with the performance the next step would be upgrading your processor as that will 100% be bottle necking your gaming experience

GTA5 is one of those few games that actually benefit from Hyper Threading. However, in saying this there have been a lot of reports that Hyper Threading causes stuttering. All you can do is try turn it off and play for a bit and see what results you get.

I monitor the cpu and bigest cpu usage i get is something like 85% for all cores but usualy it is 63% in gta 5.

But I have problems in games with cpu usage in gta 5 and and far cry 4 i set preference to high but still after 15 min cpu usage starts drop to something like 30% and with that i get the studering. But sometimes i get studering when i have cpu usage something like 63%. But in follout 4 i havent any problems with cpu uasge.
Any advices?

I got hyperthreading off and the cpu usage got to 100% but after the few mints cpu usage drop to 30% again. I got gigabyte P55 US3L (old bios from 2009). And OCZ 850W power supply which i don't know the number.

If i know it happens only in the gta 5 and far cry 4. But far cry 4 has not that big problem after a few minutes from 40 fps it gets to something like 20 fps. But i don't monitor the game so i dont know if it is problem with cpu usage. But i think it is same problem like in gta 5.

It's your chip if its 100% CPU usage. Just upgrade to something mid range if you want i5/i7, 5 series would be best in this situation unless you want new ram (6 series uses DDR4, and you have DDR3 ram)

But i never get 100% cpu usage so i think that is not problem but the program because uses cpu beadly.
and i think the card can holds up for another year if i overclock it.

The CPU is almost guaranteed to blame. Check all drivers, temperatures of CPU and GPU, report back.
