I have a while since I've bought a non-famous smartphone brand "blackview crown"
But the real thing is that the loud speaker for songs etc... Is not good

1.Can I replace the loud speaker with another's phone speaker ?
2.If I can , will it fix the problem or the problem comes from the software ?

Solution
If you can find a replacement that physically fits the other key specification is to match the impedence (ohms).

All mobile phone speakers are rubbish for playing music, they are tiny so you can't expect too much. Even the best ones I could not tollerate listening to music on. Your far better off getting a good Bluetooth speaker

I am not sure but i think its a Chinese manufactured phone which these people implement crap hardware to increase profit margins if you manage to find a replacement speaker that fits in the
phone it should fix the problem and its not a software problem but try to tweak some audio settings first and see if you r satisfied but yea its the actual phone's speaker problem.

If everything else is equal a lower ohm speaker should be louder but is far more likely to suffer distortion or at worse blow the amplifier circuit. A speakers spec should tell you it's ohms. However quality of the magnets, coil and build tolerances have a huge effect on the speaker, this is what you are paying for with higher quality speakers.

I really think you are fighting a loosing battle as any gain isn't going to be great. An external speaker will be much better.
