Nothing works. Computer won't post.

Hello, I woke up this morning to turn on my computer only to find out that my harddrive might failed. I'm not okay with this but all is not lost. However, now my razer keyboard won't work anymore and shows up as an unknown device on another computer. My computer is stuck on American Megatrends post menu and it's basically completely dead. Did my PSU fail and damage my components? What do I do? Why would my keyboard fail along with my harddrive? WIndows error is now showing 0xc00000f. What is happening? I can't even get into the bios with the direct key on the motherboard.

My mouse still works fine, the keyboard however.. just shows unknown device in device manager.
