So I have an old gaming rig that I want to upgrade. Here is my upgrade build.

My case is sufficient, but I would like a new case. I'm deciding between the NZXT S340 or NZXT Phantom 410. Which one would be better?
I'm also unsure of which motherboard I should choose. I would prefer to have the possibility of overclocking in the future so would like a Z170 mobo, but they are expensive here in aus.
My budget is to not go over $1000. I also am not a heavy gamer. but would like to have the option fo playing some new games.
