hi, so i have this Prestigio Multipad Rider 7.0 and it first appeared as if it had a virus of somesort, there are many popup, notifications of programs that stopped responding, wallpaper changes randomly etc etc. however when i did a hard reset on it (recovery menu) it seamed to make no difference.
my question is what am i dealing with, and how can i solve it? safe mode no good either.
the tablet is not rooted.
