Hello ladies and gentlemen. I'm in the market to upgrade my aging fx6300 cpu and going for an intel skylake build, i5 6600k.

My issue is on what motherboard to purchase?

I've done some research and am trying to decide between the following:

Gigabyte Intel Z170X Gaming 7 - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/gigabyte-ga-z170x-gaming7-intel-z170-s-1151-ddr4-satae-m2-(pcie-sata)-sli-crossfire-dual-gbe-usb-31-

Asus ROG Z170 Maximus VIII Hero - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/asus-rog-maximus-viii-hero-intel-z170-s-1151-ddr4-satae-m2-(pcie-sata)-2-way-sli-3-way-crossfire-usb

MSI Z170A Skylake M7 GAMING - http://www.scan.co.uk/products/msi-z170a-gaming-m7-intel-z170-s-1151-ddr4-satae-m2-(pcie-sata)-sli-crossfire-killer-lan-usb-31-gen2

I'm in a dilemma as which one I should choose. Have always had good experiences with Gigabyte, however that may not be the best option so I thought I should consult the experts :)

Rig will be used mostly for gaming, with some video rendering, but nothing too strenuous.

CPU will be overclocked, hoping looking to push at least 4.6GHz

Solution
I went with the Hero and it's taken all I've thrown at it. I use it for testing other components almost daily ;) OCs well, handles DRAM well, have run numerous assortment of GPUs (including XFire and SLI), extremely good BIOS, would be very happy with it
