it will probably run it, but not very well. i recommend saving for a new system before buying expensive games, since they won't give you a very nice experience with poor hardware.

It won't physically bottleneck the card, but it will bottleneck gaming, as you'll see frame drops a lot more often than with a stronger CPU. It means that you will see frame stuttering in Arma 3. I would advise a decent Quad core i5
Im seeing people on youtube running arma 3 on medium with 40fps with my same gpu gtx 750ti and 4gb ram. Will this cpu run the game decently?
can you run it? Yes.. Will it be enjoyable.. No.
You are barely above the minimum specs to even run the game, ARMA 3 is CPU dependent and multiplayer is taxing on even New CPU's. You REALLY need a Quad core @ 3.3ghz and above to run this game smoothly even remotely smooth and even then it is with reduced settings.
It's overclocked to 4ghz. That's 1ghz over the stock clock so you would need better cooling, as he has. He's also running it on an open testbench, which runs just a bit cooler than in a case.
Oh ok thanks for the info guys, will an athlon x4 860k work out fine with 8gb ram? If it does could you recommend me a cheap good mobo and ram sticks? Has to be compatible with the gtx 750ti too
