When and to what should I upgrade my PC?

Current specs
i5 4460
ASRock B85 HDS
8GB DDR3 1600MHz
XFX R9 380 2GB
1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm
Right now It's fine for my needs but when do you guys think will be a good time to upgrade and what?

Both your CPU and GPU are reasonably good. The SSD is currently your best choice. There's no reasonable upgrade for CPU as you have a B85 board (otherwise I'd recommend a 4690k but you'd need a Z97 board to utilize its overclocking ability). For GPU, again nothing very reasonable you can do because of the mATX board, otherwise I'd suggest a second GPU. I'd say maybe throw a full-ATX Z97 motherboard in (MSI Krait is the cheapest high quality board usually) with the SSD upgrade (IF your case can support full ATX). This would give you some features like RAID and also make the system more...
