the problem with the fx setup ...is the fact its not futur proof at all , and the more advanced games, the larger the gap is widening between intel and amd performance , above all the power consumption and heat

My budget is 850$, and i will change it to ddr3.

That CPU is going to bottleneck your GTX 970. You should get something like a 4670k instead. You can save allot of money on the GPU by getting a 280x / 380 so that you have enough money to get the mentioned CPU. The 280x /380 is almost as good as the 970 at half or even less the price.

the cpu will not bottleneck. best thing to do is to look up similar rigs on youtube and read up about it. seen that cpu with a titan x playing witcher 3 no problem.

the thing is that the 8350 is ok for gaming , intel is better but not by a lot but you will have no problem with 8350 with rumors of dx12 being made to work on multi core wheres dx11 now works single core that could possible boost power of 8350 8 core more than a 4 core i5/i7... please note this is all rumors at moe. one thing will say if you get this rig buy a off the market cooler as stock cooler is poor. I would recommend coolmaster seidon 120v its a sealed water cool system its cheap and very good for price or cheaper still is a coolmaster hyper 212 if you don't fancy water cooling.

furture proof? its a 8 core cpu... wheres intel main stream cpu's are 4 cores 8 treads...theres a differences bare in mind that the 8350 is 4 years old and still holding its own with latest I series cpu's ...see video link. everyone knows intel is better, single core all day long that's how we game at the moment but consoles are turning to multi core rumors out about dx12 using multi core for gaming unlike dx11 which uses single core power...so how can you say 8350 aint furture proof? its old but still does job as people still compairing it to new intel chip.

You go tell that to fallout 4 or any other CPU limited game (a.k.a. a good chunk of them). The 8350 WILL bottleneck on MOST GAMES. I saw this one guy play this one game is a poor excuse to recommend something to someone.

FYI, the 8350 is not an 8 core CPU. It's 8 mini cores with shared resources. There's a reason AMD is currently being sued for claiming the FX line-up has "8-core" cpus. There's also a reason AMD processors stop at mid range pricing.

Regarding bottleneck cpu...pure rubbish I have fallout 4 on a 8320 running 280x I have no problem what so ever....where your getting your information from is beyond me!!! Regarding mid range pricing.. Well it's a 4 year old chip and surprisingly can't stay expensive forever! You sound like some one has a problem with amd...typical of pure intel fanboy... End of day he's ask if that set up will game? Yes it will...as I stated I have played latest games on my rig no problem, and will continue to...like they say intel is better but bang for your buck amd.but your rig will game no problem.
