The 4gb RAM will be an issue. The GPU is probably not going to manage to be honest. At best low settings 720p, but I am just guessing
Well 4gb of ram maybe isnt the biggest problem because the minimum requirements asks for 4 gb of ram, but GPU will cause a big problem IMO, you will got some huge FPS drops. But you can take a look on this video playing with the same card:

Your processor is pretty decent. Your amount of RAM however may be a small issue, especially if you have any reserved hardware. I would consider an upgrade to 6 or even 8 GB of RAM. Your major problem is your GPU, despite the amount of video RAM. Try an upgrade to a newer version of this card with perhaps less vram and you should have better luck.
