I have windows Vista 64 bit with 8g of ram. Its an Hp Elite e9107c This only happens when I try to install the most up to date driver. Ive rolled back to version 10-12 and it reads correctly that I have 512 MB. But I don't understand why the newest driver doesn't work right?

Solution
AMD probably broke something with the newer driver. well as long as the old driver work for you then it should be fine. plus AMD already dropping support for 4k series since long ago. recently they drop 5k and 6k series from the main driver.

Well I thought that to. But then I tried to start one of my games and it said insufficient Vram and couldn't open. So I installed the old driver and the game opened. Just dont know why the new driver cuts my vram in half.
