Best cpu and gpu or apu for <£100

I'm intending to build a pc that can do the usual pc stuff, browse the web, youtube etc, and can run non hardware demanding games such as csgo, for less than £300. What would be the best cpu and gpu (or apu) suitable for this budget. Please don't answer with things like "If you just spend another £50 you can get..." As I would like this to remain within the afore mentioned budget.

I made a very simple part list of what it could look like.

I didn't know what pieces you already had or could salvage, so I included plenty of pieces. I know it's like 2-3 pounds over your budget, and I'm sorry, I just couldn't find anything I was satisfied with at 300 exactly.

If you already have an Hard Drive, or Ram modules or a PSU or even a Case, you could easily go under the 300 pounds mark.
