How to get a game to work with emulators

I've been wanting to play Scarface, a game I played back on the PS2 and I have read that you are able to play it on PC with emulators, but i'm unsure on how to get it all to work.

So if someone could link to me to a working download of scarface/emulator or a trusted website to download from and steps on how I can get it to work, it would be greatly appreciated.

A PS2 is cheap these days, you may just want to grab one of those instead of messing about with emulators. I see them all the time for sale with many games for well under $100.
