Can I add another HDD? I am running out of space

I am running out of space, if I add another 1TB HDD, will it work? How would I manage 2 hard drive, I don't understand? My os is in my current hard drive, if I install another hard drive, I need another OS? I dont get it

But my case allows me to add in up to 5 HDD

You don't have to install OS again, you'll have to do some steps to let the OS detect the new drive.
In device manager, you'll need to reallocate and format the new drive, it's simple, there are some videos that'll help you out.

Make sure you also have SATA cables and an empty SATA port in your motherboard, in which you'll need to connect the new HDD.
