I recently bought a new evga gtx970ssc on amazon and installed it and first only had the 6pin pci cable plugged in and the pc would turn on and the fans on the gpu would move about half a turn and stop and then the device manager wouldn't find my gpu and neither could the Nvidia drivers installer. I tried using once 6pin and a 6+2 pin for the gpu and then my pc wouldnt turn on at all. The leds would flash and nothing would come up
