looking to upgrade my GPU

ok so right now i have an HPZ400 workstation with a proprietary power supply so buying an off the shelf power supply is not an option with out making an adapter that can allow the off the shelf PSU to work on said workstation. right now i have a 750TI along side an HP branded 475 watt 85% bronze psu and im looking to upgrade the gpu to play games like dying light and the witcher 3. my cpu is a xeon W3565 liquid cooled 16 gigs ecc ddr3 ram an ssd aznd a HDD so what gpu do you recommend the best gpu that this psu can handle is an NVIDIA Quadro 5000

there i found a gtx 760 for 149.99 i have this and it runs bf4 max settings with AA and res scale up scaled 60 fps @ 900p
I heavily modded skyrim with Realvsion ENB and all of the recommended mods on the max settings and get around 40 fps.

I also have minecraft with parallax textures and SEUS shaders with modified shader code that looks like this: http://imgur.com/a/pPWgx

im not looking to buy an nvidia quadro im simply stating thats the best card the hp psu can handle my budgget is 150 give or take as im on a fixed income and while my 750TI is a beast of a card i doubt it will run well for games like the witcher 3 and dying light
