Hello community,

I am bulding a new pc, but I need help about deciding components, essentially getting the best money/performance ratio. I am going to be using it for serious gaming in 144Hz, as Asus VG248QE is the monitor I'm gonna complement the rest of the hardware. My budget including the purchase of that monitor is around 900 euros.

I am mainly playing League of Legends at the moment, and that is the game I want to be able to play at constant 140FPS with this new computer. However, once Star Citizen gets released, I'd like to be able to play it at low to medium settings if possible.

If anyone could suggest a list of the components, I would be forever grateful!

Best regards,
Nemanja

The way I normally go for knowing what to expect in performance is looking up benchmark videos and charts with that graphics card, other than that, all you can really do is guess based on the requirements of the game. Here I made a new list based off of the old one with the changes you wanted.

Thank you for making a suggestion, I truly appreciate it. However what I didn't mention is that I would like to have an SSD, and possibly exclude HDD, if that makes sence as I don't need more than 120GB drive capacity? Moreover, as I don't bring any importance to the looks. is it possible to have a cheaper case (and if so, cheapest possible)? One last thing, is there an online tool for benchmarking this (or any pc config for that matter) for a specific game, other than having it bought and tested yourself? I really need to be sure that it would produce ~140FPS in LoL as that is the whole reason behind monitor choice.
