I play minecraft (NO HATE) at 25-50 fps and play LoL at 30fps med settings, will buying a ATI Radeon HD 2400XT 256MB DH PCIe x16 graphics card really help me?

PC Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3.00GHz
4GB RAM (3.9 usable)
64 Bit OS
Integrated Graphics

Well, you didn't say what your PSU was. Are you saying you have less than 285W currently in your computer?
