You guys have been the best with my questions, now I would like help with one last thing, I have the Phanteks Enthoo Pro with stock fans & Corsair h100i GTX ( 2 fans ) Where would the best place to install the Rad/Fans? As I don't have any extra and wont be able to purchase any extra's for a bit, what would be the best set up for the stock fans and water cooler for minimal dust and best cooling performance, if you think I should pick up a certain kind of case fan please let me know, Thanks!!

Radiator on top.
I prefer to push air through the radiator, some people prefer to pull. (Push puts fans below radiator in case, pull puts them between case and radiator). Personal choice often. Although, I can't remember if the corsair has short screws for case mount and long screws for fans. If you only have long screws you will probably be setting it up in a pull configuration. It should take air out of the case, not put it into the case.

Have front (intake) and rear (exhaust) fans. Side and bottom (both intake) are worthwhile IMHO. But if you don't have enough fans, you should be fine with your front, rear and top radiator fans.

I found the corsair fans to be way too loud. I ended up getting the Noctua AF14 PWM fans (my cooler is a...

I found the corsair fans to be way too loud. I ended up getting the Noctua AF14 PWM fans (my cooler is a 110i GTX). Doesn't look pretty but it's much quieter and cools as good as if not better than the corsair stock fans.

Other fans I've found to be quiet and good performers are the Cryorig silent series.

I also recently had to install a modified fan set up for my ARC XL case which doesn't have a side fan mount. The M.2 drive is hidden under the GPU and was running 10 degrees Celcius hotter than other drives. The side fan would have avoided that.

My 2 cents worth :)

I have the same great case Phanteks Enthoo Pro.
The manual shows the top would be the best op. The case comes with a 200mm fan in the front an a 140mm fan in the back.
Looking at the manual on page 27 Watercooling installation {watercooling radiator compatibility}
Top-120mm,140mm,240,280mm,360mm,420mm
Front-120mm,140mm,240mm
Bottom-120mm,140mm,240mm
Rear-120mm,140mm
So you only have 1 choice for a 280mm or bigger size radiator on top
And a 240mm size radiator for Top ,Front or Bottom
