if your budget allows, I would suggest following changes to your build:
Switch to a gtx970 card for best price/performance VGA, if you can get your hand on a MSI gtx 970 gaming 100 million edition then go for it.
i5-6400 itself is sufficient, but personally i would go for a i5-6500 (slightly better performance)
I highly advice you getting better VGA, as for the CPU you can ignore my suggestion.

Before I forget, you should consider cooling solution for your cpu as well. But that is not my expertise. Happy gaming bro!

P.S. I looked around a bit and it seems that the motherboard you have chosen seems to have some issues, you should ask around before buying this.
