New build - Boot Freeze on Error Code 60 - "DXE core is started" Help!!

Hi Everyone!

I've just finished installing all the parts for my new build but when I turn it on it freezes on code 60 - "DXE core is started"

Specs:
Gigabyte X99 SOC FORCE
4x16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhz
Intel i7 5960x
CoolerMaster Neptune 280L AIO water cooler
Samsung 256gb (900 pro series) M.2 SSD
Samsung 1TB Sata SSD 850 Evo (Not plugged in currently)

I initially tried with all four RAM sticks in, when I received the code I plugged a single stick in at a time and received the code with all four sticks :(

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I have no idea what's going on!

Hi,
Have you tested with single RAM each slot? If yes, and still the same, try testing different RAM module, if possible. A local PC repair shop might also help.

Hey alexoiu!

When I try this it seems to pause on 60 for maybe 2 seconds, and then goes to 53 as there's no RAM.. when I try RAM + CPU (no gpu, sdd etc) I just get 60. Btw it restarts itself after awhile and the same thing happens and gets into an endless loop.
