Its compatible but it wont be able to overclock... you need a Z170 motherboard, if you dont intend to overclock then i would switch down from the 6600k to the 6600 (not K)..if this is the case the PSU you have chosen may be overkill, i would also suggest, that if you are buying a new mobo and RAM, you might as well switch over to DDR4
