Which CPU is better for me?

I'm trying to figure out which of these 2 CPU's (I5 4690k or I7 4790k) will be better for me. I will be playing games like Gta 5, Minecraft, CSGO and a few other games I plan on getting the GTX 970 also I will also be doing a lot video editing, rendering and all the youtube stuff, and maybe streaming. Will the 4690k be good enough or should I just go with the 4790k?.


PS: I do want to dip into OverClocking as well.

If you are going to do a lot of video editing, rendering the extra investment for a i7 4790K is a solid choice.

Additionally, make sure you have a decent motherboard and cooler if you want to overclock.

That will be ok for very mild overclocking. However, i would highly recommend a Cryorig H7 which should easily let you achieve 4.6 Ghz
