help me plz gta 4 exe has stopped working!!!

hello guys!
my pc is
intel pentium dual core e2220 2.40 not overclocked
ati radeon hd 5450 1gb ddr3 sapphire
4gb ram/rom
whenever i open gta 4 it shows a black screen and sends a message "gta 4.exe has stopped working"(leaving some lines)"looking for a solution" then stops and does not work!!! WHAT TO DO???

No, HD 5450 can run GTA 4 fine and 4GB RAM is more than enough for GTA 4.

Try this fix:
1. Install GTA 4 from Steam as usual.
2. Try to launch the game from Steam, and let it install programs like SecuROM, GFWL, and Social Club.
3. Create a Rockstar Social Club account at socialclub.rockstargames.com
4. Go to Programs and Features and uninstall any Games For Windows Live redist programs
5. install the following redistributable: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=201134
6. Go to http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live and login with your Microsoft account.
7. Restart your computer
8. Install Games for Windows Live
9. Right click GTA 4 on Steam >...

12. Launch GTA IV via Steam, now Social Club should pop up, login with your Social Club account that you created previously.

The game should now work fine.
