If you don't want to check the RAM, look at the event log in Windows and see what application crashes and note what is running when the system crashes. If it's truly random and crashes when you do any number of things, and you don't want to test the RAM, try a clean Windows setup.

the times of the bsod vary greatly it would be hard to test every stick because of this, the next bsod could happen in a day or a few months. drivers and bios are up to date.
