Hello again id like to thank all at this forum youve been a great help . ! . So today id like to tell you my build . I did a msi z170a m7 , i5 6600k , msi r9390 , rosewill superflower 1300 watt psu , gskill v series 2666 mhz ram , at 16 , gb . Western digital 1 tb black , kingston 240 gb ssd , coolermaster v6 heatsink , lg dvd rom , windows 10 home . Is this a decent low cost build ? Is there anywhere that maybe an issue . The case is rosewill viper z .

Would not call it a low cost build by any means. Everything is fine, however WD Black is too expensive and not really worth it when you are using an SSD, get the WD Blue. Also for SSD get the Samsung Evo 850, it's better. That PSU is way too big, you don't need more than a quality 750W psu for the r9 390. MSI Z170 gaming m7 is too much as well, either m3 or m5, no point in wasting the money for m7.
