Urgent: Seagate FreeAgent Go 500GB cannot be detected

I have spoiled my gf's hard disk. Its drive cannot be detected in My Computer but I can see an unknown device appeared in Device Manager. I know it is it but I got no way to solve it.

Model -
PN : 9ZA2AH-501 500GB
SN : 2GEL1NV8

Can any1 please urgently advise me for this / send me compatible driver download link for this?
or else Im going to killed by my gf.

Hi Philip, thanks for the guide. more question.

When I reach disk management, the drive that I am expecting is not there and I want to add 1 drive letter. But I cant find the Add button. Can you help?

Just had a check, still dont have, but I can see an unknown device appeared in device manager when I plug the hard disk in. T_T
Does this relate to the drive with the harddisk itself?

from the properties of the unknown device, i can see there is no Digital Signer there.
So i tried to add 1 by clicking the button "Update drive" but windows cannot find me 1, which is why I am asking in the 1st place. Hopefully u can help me, my memories are all in it..
