I am looking to build a gaming pc for under $1800.
I would like the theme to be blue/black and include a mouse and two monitors. I also need an os (preferably windows 7).
Thanks in advance!

* could you get a blue/black motherboard for me instead of the white one.
* Where should I buy windows 7?
* instead of the liquid cooler should I get a Hyper 212 EVO? and then with the extra money get 16 gb of ram?
* this is the builds I built... tell me which one is the best out of all of them:

* http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rZJncf (980 ti)

1) By matching your theme, you may miss the best parts for price. That motherboard comes with a blue led and that may look interesting.
2) From local markets and Microsoft already confirmed they're ending up support for Windows 7 in 2020. It's better to move on with win 10 for experiencing full Direct X 12.

3) Yes, CM 212 EVO will do the job pretty well but not like a AIO liquid cooler, rather they perform much better than Air coolers and H100i GTX looks reachable so i feel no hesitate to put one, especially if you're looking for performance.

4) Not bad at all. A single powerful video card is always better for gaming, some games may not optimized for dual cards and a 980 ti looks affordable within your budget. It's better to go with the new skylake for better performance.

I did selected much better display, but the unavailability of OS at pcpartpicker made me sacrifice to left some share of amount.

Thanks for all the help you two.
So taking both of your builds into consideration I built this one:
Gaming PC under $2000 (980 ti)
Lucky me, I got my friend to give me a free OS.
Tell me if I should change anything in this build or is this one good.
*Its just a little over (what could i change to lower it a bit?)*

I don't want to go up to $2000, I want to lower the price of my build to under $1800.
What do you mean about the display selection. On my main monitor (gaming monitor) i want to run at 144 hz and a higher resolution and use the second monitor as a secondary. (skype/ts website and stuff like that)
I will change the power supply though!
Can you take my idea, lower it to $1800 (if you can't im fine with $1860) and improve the bad things in it.
For the ram... I want to keep it a standard black or black/blue color night bright red.

Also it there something wrong with the ram I choose?
Why are you switching it to the other kind?

My whole setup (keyboard and headset and pc) is black/blue and that ram is red and will stick out...

That gives you almost $350 for whatever monitor(s), keyboard and mouse you want.

Looks like you made your decision, but you should change your power supply unit as the Nex G from evga use lower quality components. Not really ideal in serious overclocking or super-high load situations. If you want reliability & performance, change your PSU as suggested above.

I did change the power supply to the better one and changed the i5 to i7 to reach $1900.
Thanks for all the help!

Actually, Yes there are some reasons for that alteration :
* They're performance RAM's
* Produce lower latency
* Quality
* Reliable than other brands.

Anyways, I heard lots of issues regarding Corsair, according to the statistic, the RMA level is quit elevated.

Is there already thermal paste on the H100i?
Whats the difference between the two? Which one would you recommend for gaming, editing and overclocking?
Thanks in advance
